font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times;\">Peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumour (PNET) in the female genital tract is uncommon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times;\">PNET of the female genital tract:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; color: #000000;\">Ovary<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; color: #000000;\">Uterine corpus<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; color: #000000;\">Uterine cervix<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; color: #000000;\">Vulva<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; color: #000000;\">Rectovaginal septum<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; color: #000000;\">Utervesical fold<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; color: #000000;\">\u00a0Histological examination revealed the nature as small round cell tumour (SRCT).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times;\"><strong>Differential diagnosis:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-alpha;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; color: #000000;\">Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma,<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; color: #000000;\">NonHodgkin\u2019s lymphoma<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; color: #000000;\">PNET\/Ewing\u2019s sarcoma<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times;
